MAVIVO Experience is a digital platform designed to showcase Italian territories, enterprises, local know-how, production sites, and experiences connected to authentic Made in Italy. The website has informational, editorial, promotional, and contact-related purposes and may allow users to discover featured experiences, request information, submit content or proposals, and explore possible collaborations.
3. Personal Data We Process
The website may process the following categories of personal data:
- technical browsing data required for the operation and security of the website, such as IP address, browser information, device information, access date and time, and technical logs;
- data voluntarily provided through contact forms or email, such as first and last name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, organization or company, country or location, subject of the request, and message content;
- texts, images, stories, testimonials, company or product information, experience descriptions, and other materials voluntarily submitted for evaluation or publication;
- data relating to representatives or contact persons of enterprises, organizations, institutions, territorial entities, and project partners that are featured, reported, or involved in MAVIVO Experience activities.

The website does not currently carry out profiling or solely automated decision-making concerning users.

Personal data is processed using electronic systems and, where necessary, manual procedures. The controller adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or misuse.
Access to personal data is limited to individuals and service providers who need it for technical, administrative, operational, editorial, communication, or project-related purposes.
7. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be processed or disclosed, only to the extent necessary, to website hosting and maintenance providers, developers, email and digital service providers, editorial and communication professionals, territorial or project partners, enterprises or organizations involved in a specific request, professional advisers, authorized personnel, and public authorities where required by law.

Data connected to proposals, collaborations, featured enterprises, experiences, or project documentation may be retained for the time necessary to evaluate, manage, document, and protect the relevant activities.
Published content, including stories, testimonials, images, company information, and experience descriptions, may remain online until a justified removal request is received, subject to legitimate editorial, contractual, legal, or documentation needs.

10. Your Data Protection Rights
Subject to the conditions established by applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability where applicable. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors find and use this website and improve its content. Measurement is configured for page views, scrolling, outbound link clicks, file-download clicks, and contact-form submission events.

User-level and event-level Analytics data retention is set to 14 months, with the reset on new user activity disabled. This setting applies to detailed data and does not impose the same limit on standard aggregated reports. Cookie duration and Analytics data retention are separate settings.
Google Signals, collection of user-provided data, personalized advertising, and optional account data sharing are disabled. We do not use Analytics for remarketing.
Your IP address is involved in communications with Google. Google states that, for visitors in the EU, Switzerland, and the UK, Analytics uses it to derive approximate location and then discards it before logging the data. Different processing applies outside those regions. Analytics data should not be understood as inherently anonymous.
Google processes measurement data under the applicable Google data processing terms.
